Its a fun hunt.  Not alot of monsters, but alot of bulls none the less.

Agree, the unit is not what it use to be. But there are still a few monarchs up there (by western washington standards). Very few and far between.

Do you have an idea for a better system? You've apparently been very lucky with the present one. I'm not sure what the problem is.

I would almost have to agree. My hunting buddy has drawn 4 elk tags in the last 5 years. 2 cow, 2 bull.

2011 - nothing
2012 Cow tag - RimRock
2013 Bull tag - Rimrock
