Its really exciting when you are sitting there calling and you hear a twig snap behind you. You turn your head and there at about 30 feet is a Grizz eyeballing his next meal. The longbow doesn't seem like such a good idea at the time.
You can go to Lake Sullivan (I could have misspelled it) but they ranger station there has a computer which they showed me of all the grizzly's they had collared and monitored. The ranger told me those bears came from Yellowstone. This would be good to see where the bears are so you know where to be careful.BTW, those bears were put there because they did not act well in Yellowstone.
