Pretty stoked. This unit hasn't been hunted for a while. We camp on the Docey, so I have some ideas of where to start but any tips will be accepted with gratitude. Good luck to all who will be hunting elk this year.

Good luck on this hunt, been a permit area for a LOOOOOONG time. I've had the tag 2xs....Indian's do take a toll on this area, but some decent bulls can be found...

You should be able to shoot one right in the camp ground!! That small local herd seems to never leave the area.
That's some steep country once you get up off the beach.
Good Luck!

Drew Muzzy tag 2001. Killed a 6x6 hardest part of the hunt was waiting for the herd to leave the post office parking lot in Brinnon. Make sure and get up there early. Folks are very willing to give permission on private land cuz the elk destroy their property. Good luck
