Is this a Collared Wolf or a Dog?
«
on:
June 22, 2013, 10:40:23 AM »
I was just going through some of last years trail cam photos and saw this photo of what I originally thought was a dog. Could it be a collared wolf?
This is between Republic and Curlew. The nearest house is a couple miles away, so a dog seems unlikely.

I say dog.

Looks like a wolf itself, but looks like it's a pet collar.

That's a pet collar, there is no transmitter box on it!

Sure looks like a wolf. Unusual collar. Maybe it is the guy's wolf dog that got into a fight with the wolf on the back deck.
