Has anyone drawn this tag in the past or have any tips on this hunt. Any info would be helpfull!  Thanks a lot

I had it in 06'.  Spend some time learning the area.  Don't worry too much about seeing deer during the summer and early fall.  When you are in there hunting, (Late Fall) it is a whole different ball game. 
Glass, Glass, Glass and then Glass some more.  Your eyes should be worn out at the end of the day.  Expect long shots.  It's tough country and if it snows and ices it really gets tough.

Lots of people say the tag quality has gone down significantly, but I'm sure there's still good bucks there.
