BTKR's wife has been hunting for some time. She has a couple of bears to her credit also.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.
He who shed blood with me shall forever be my brother.

Yep, 3 bears to be exact. Even shot a spike with eyeguards once. :o

Thanks for all the great comments guys. It was fun and she is happy. That is all that matters.

As for the comments about me making her pack it out, it was the power of suggestion.  :chuckle:

Anyway just wait until you read my next bear story (coming Friday or Saturday) and see who had to pack out my bear.  :IBCOOL:

What a great memory thanks for sharing  ;)

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.

Good deal, hoping my wife will get her first buck this year.
