High Mountain Hunting Supply in Wenatchee
« on: June 26, 2013, 08:34:43 PM »
So yesterday I posted about my dilemma trying to do glass bedding on one of my riffles.  This was of course my first time ever taking a barrel off a riffle.  After the curing time (24 hrs) nothing would move.  I screwed up!!!  The glass bedding material oozed in the screw holes, trigger etc.....  Mountainman and mrolen on here offered me to drop of the riffle and he would look at it.  Well they did and not only do that they fixed the trigger now smoother and better then before and also loosen the barrel.  I'm extremely impressed with these guys!!!  Super friendly shop, tons of inventory and super knowledgeable staff.  I give these guys two thumbs up!!!  Thank you for everything!  Awesome store you have!!  I'll be back!  Ohh, and I picked up a little gift for myself, a Kimber custom Eclipse II.  I'm a happy camper!!!!

Glad everything with your rifle worked out!  I've yet to make it to their store since I'm over here on the west side, but I've been impressed already with just what I've picked up on this site!

Austrian Hunter, was a pleasure. Was a fairly easy fix as suspected. Was great to meet you and visit for a bit! Always good to help out another Hunt-Wa member! I know you will enjoy the Kimber, and who knows, maybe a game of golf sometime? Take care and hopefully see ya again!

I like your idea better!!! Shooting at golf balls from 300 yards!!!  Haha.... Yes, I love that Kimber!!  I cleaned the riffle and put a scope on it, on Saturday I shoot both my new Kimber and the (now glass bedded Winchester).

Not a darn thing.  Guess I will have to pack that camera around some more instead of the bow.  Yeah, not sure how I am related to a wolf lover.  :chuckle:
