one last prawn question.

Sorry for all the questions but this is my final one............... I think. lol Okay so I am going to use fire brine in red and blue. My question is after I let the prawns cure can I take them out of the brine and pat them off and then put them in rock salt? Can I freeze them or does it matter. How long do they usualy keep in salt?

One again, it depends on what you're using them for.  They will last a long time in the fridge if cured properly in rock salt.
