I've talked to the guys at tactical supply in Yakima, and they say they can do it too.  Gonna give them a try on my AR and see how it turns out.

If your not doing anything larger than a gun or trailcam enclosure, why not do it yourself?  Between my brother and I, we've done 4 or 5 firearms, and it's really pretty easy once you get the hang of it.  You can buy all the supplies you need online, and do a practice run on something like a pop can before you dip your intended item.  I purchased enough materials to do 4 firearms for $45.

We bought our supplies from http://www.hydraphics.com/catalog/index.php but there are lots of different companies out there on the Web.
