Rain X glass cleaner ruin auto paint?? Hope Not! :(

Well Just got done washing/waxing my Toyota tundra and mixed up my wax as u dry truck wax with my rain x glass cleaner and completly waxed my truck with glass cleaner! Soo F'ing pissed! Anybody know what glass cleaner will do to truck paint/clear coat?? I rewashed it with soap and the water beads off pretty good :chuckle:

I spilled a bunch on the hood of my rig and it looks like a someone took a sander and chalk to it.

I'm confused how you mixed the two up. You went over your whole truck with rain x instead of wax? I can't really imagine it being too harmful to the paint since its made for auto's but the stuff does smell pretty strong  :dunno: how does the paint look? I'll bet its beading up real nice!

The Rain X glass cleaner will not hurt your paint.  It is a very diluted version of the normal Rain X, its basically the same stuff they use at auto car washes. 
Hunting and Fishing are not matters of life or death... THEY ARE WAY MORE IMPORTANT!!!
