Thanks for the reply. I got a call from somebody from Wiley City and they said its off of Cowichee Mill Rd.

I checked with my neighbor who knows the Cowiche better than anyone I know, He has never heard of it either and he has 2 cabins up the South Fork of Cowiche Creek.
