Special Permit cards

I was getting a bit antsy because I haven't received my special permit card in the mail yet so I emailed WDFW to ask when I can expect it.  Here is their answer in case anyone else is wondering.

Thank you for contacting the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.

 The special permit cards will be sent out next week.  You should receive the card in the mail by early August.
