Baker Lake Sockeye 2013
« on: July 13, 2013, 06:54:33 PM »
Has anyone tried the lake yet or heard reports? We were going to fish it Friday but didn't feel the numbers were high enough yet.

Went today and got one, saw a couple caught. Looked real slow where we were.

Ya! I was trying to be sarcastic :chuckle: I think everyone else is trying to hide something or something :dunno: :chuckle: I seen plenty caught (not like last season, but still fair). I am heading there tomorrow and staying for a few days.

I've read some good reports over on Washington Lakes .com. Lot's of limits caught.

Is this an early morning only fishery? I have never been after Sockeye but have heard they usually only hit in the early morning
