The last 2 years the North Central (sheep, mule deer and whitetail) raffle was drawn by the same guy. He spent $17,000 and $17,400 respectfully.

So try and tell me that these "raffles" are fair for everyone. I realize that it only takes "ONE" ticket to win, but the odds are way in the wealthy guys favor. :twocents:

I won't spend a dime on these raffles until there is a cap on the amount of tickets sold to one individual. So your guys' odds just went up :chuckle:

No one says they are fair, but it sounds like you are a shoe in to win if you spend about $17K!   :chuckle:

I bought two mule deer, two westside elk, and two blacktail deer tickets.   $17,000 worth of tickets is crazy...but i guess if you have that much disposable income and that is how you want to spend it, more power to you.  A lot of tickets does give a guy a much better chance, but it does only take one.

I don't mind the guy spending $17000 on tickets.    As long as someone else wins!  😳

3 east elk, 3 muley, 3 goat, 3 sheep, and a couple north centrals. Funny how the odds on some of these are better than the special permit draws.

It is hard to follow one great vision in a world of darkness and of many changing shadows. Among these shadows men get lost.

Seems to me that the goat or sheep raffle may be cheaper to enter than the special permit draw?

For Goat:  1 in 1351 is better odds than the normal draw  :twocents:

I've never purchased a raffle ticket.  Just can't at this point stomach giving the state another dime.
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

It's too bad the raffle tags are now just an extension of the auction tags. :(
