Jake's Whitetail
« on: October 19, 2008, 09:31:06 PM »
Persistence finally paid off on the last day of the season. I slowed this guy down, and after a few hours and making sure the farmer didn't mind us going in after him my nephew jumped him and put a great shot on him. He was excited to say the least. I ended up hitting him twice at 322 yards. Once low in the brisket and one through the back into the opposite shoulder and he still didn't go down. Tough *censored*!
