Ryderwood without Weyco permit?
« on: July 21, 2013, 11:28:23 AM »
I did not buy the Weyco permit and refuse to.  Starting to wonder if I still want to even hunt Ryderwood.  I hunt ML so not many other options.

What do you guys think, will all the hunters who didn't buy the Weyco permit get pushed into the other parts of Ryderwood? Do you think the rest of Ryderwood will be an even worse mad house than it normally is?

I'm just worried that the areas I like to hunt may be even more crowded than ever.  I would still like to hunt my areas in Sierra Pacific, Hancock and State Land, but wondering if I should rethink things and start scouting another unit.

What do you all think?

Well being that the sierra is hike in I would think that would still be good to go in. You might have to go a few extra miles in to get away from people. But I would venture to guess the parts of sierra that are open to driving are going to be more over run then normal.
