I sure would want to know a little about a Taxi, both good and bad before I sent work their way.

I have been doing business with michele for almost 3 years. I knew it would take awhile to get my stuff back when I took it to her. Yet the quality of her work has been very high. I am at 27 months on my rug and 19 months on my deer skull. Sure that is a long time but I know when I pick them up they will look great. We are friends and even I have sent her pms and texts just about random stuff and not heard back from her recently. I know she is getting close on my stuff so if you are at that time frame that you have stated. I would think it would be done pretty soon.

19 months on a deer skull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :yike: :yike: :yike: :yike: what the heck! my family has used the Rainier taxidermy for over 30 years and i have never had to even wait more than a couple months if that. any thing over 4 or 6 months even sounds insaine!!

Hunting partner is having problems getting last years WT back or getting ahold of them as well. Not sure what is going on.

Todays social media can crush a bussiness if you do bad work or customer service.

It's nice for the "buyer" to see what the "seller" is doing for other customers.  Horrible customer service will kill a business and the social media speeds that process up.

As well as make a company explode with business.  I deal with a small 3 man company that started 5 years ago off of a forum.  This year, they still have the same employees, they take 3 times as long to get an order filled because of so many customers, the customer service is through the roof good, so everyone waits for their product.  Social Media is allowing them to live the dream, their customer service is keeping every customer happy and you never hear bad reviews.  They are slammed, work well into the nights and yet, still manage to return emails and phone calls within an hour of you sending it.

if he is having trouble getting ahold of them he clearly is calling the wrong number lol.  :chuckle: there always there unless there on a late hunt in the dakotas. and there always home everyone and anyone is welcome to stop by and look at his work/shoot some BS. in my opinion he does the best work i have ever seen to this day. i would tell anyone i met to go there beautiful life long lasting work at a decent price and time frame. the only other reason some ones mount will take longer is if your not paying up. he takes payments whenever you got the money but if you dont pay you wont yours on top priority i would think

some people just aren't ment to own a business . often it's not there skill set that gives them trouble it's all that goe's along with it and work ethic . the self employed better be ready to double there hours and have no beny package . I know I much rather be in the woods this weekend but i'm stacked at work and they pay my bills .  It sounds like she doe's great work so I hope she can get it all ironed out .

my partner has been dealing with him for years, im sure he has the correct number! he has been paid. Now all of the sudden things seemed to have changed. Ive seen a ton of his mounts, and while the quality seems good, i wouldnt call him the best.
