Cowboy and the others, I saw a lip curling ram.  Are they rutting already?

those guys are down everyday now. right in the middle of the road rutting and chasing.  But i was just coming home, state patrol stopped right in the road, so i stopped, the sheep were kicking big rocks onto the road. car just hit one, oil everywhere.  Said a couple hours before in that stop one of the really big full curls got hit and killed.  and yesterday a ewe and a full curl he said got killed.  Not good.  Be careful to everyone that drives the road everyday.  with all the sheep and people dont get hit or hit something else.  Awesome pictures by the way.

I was afraid of that. Those sheep were back and forth across that Hwy so many times the other day as the traffic was flying by. I saw a near miss on a ewe while I was pulled off of the road. But those Rams are rutting like they were in early November last year.

I think these are the same sheep and the same place.  This photo was taken in July.
