The tapatalk permissions were set poorly and they had to be reset, but it's all good now.

Yes, it had horrible permissions set on it.
The server security we equipped your server with shut tapatalk down for security purposes because it was installed insecurely.

We have patched the issue and it should be working now, please see screenshot attached.
