need some serios help !

I live in Spokane been on my bow for 5 years now had some shoulder surgery 3 times finally completely healed I need some instruction on shots over 25 yards cant keep it tight for some reason not able to find any lessons other than begnners at valley archery don't consider myself a beginner but need help with the long shots

Try watching "You Tube" videos and doing internet searches.  Lots of information out there.

Have someone record you shooting. Describe your issues a little more to get more specific help, kind of a broad question.

Is it your
1 form/death grip on bow ect
2 bow not tuned
3 arrows no spined proper/FOC
4 wrong size peep
5 are changing your anchor point constantly
Is this with broadheads or field tips is your fletching making it clear
