Chukar sightings or scouting

Anyone out there had a chance to scout for chukar yet?  I know fires are raging over near whiskey dick...

Heard the Colockum has burned up pretty bad!  Guess that will be out for the season. Headquarters unit was saved!

Still plenty of ridges left on the Colockum that didn't burn.

I have not been out scouting at all yet.  Hatch conditions were very good, there should be a healthy bird population this year.

Was out last Thursday for a couple hours and had great dog work on 4 coveys ranging from 5 - 12 birds.  Birds are out there.  Getting geeked for the opener.
