If you don't love your bow and money is no issue then go for it!  It's fun and in my opinion when it comes to bow hunting nothing is as important as the confidence you get when shooting a bow well that you love.

Ok long story short - Took my Bowmaddness back to Cabela's and upgraded to a PSE Prophecy - it took some blood sweat and tears but they swapped it out for me. the guys were friendly about it, and swapped over my rest and peep too.

So this is at 120 feet - remember i am a still very new to bow shooting, and hunting. I have to say this bow is night and day different then the madness, and I am very happy now.

I have to say thank you to Alwinearcher , from Trophy state of mind. This guy took me under his wing and fine tuned my Prophecy, not only that but he also gave me full on lesson on shooting too. I never imagined how much technique goes into setting up, positioning, alignment, sighting, then release. I feel so much more confidence from the few hours he taught me.  every shot now I practice everything. Now knowing what I know, I have allot of work to do and am very excited to doing what's required. Today I practiced for 2 hours - my wrist is bruised from the release strap - going to have to find a way to get more padding on it maybe, or just live with it till it calus up.

I got lucky as he showed me some clips , all I can say is Alwinearcher is Crazy!! Watched him go head to head with a large Sow that charged him I couldn't believe what I was watching, i was in shock , anyways I can't tell you to much your just going to have to tune in, if it makes the cut.

I actually looked into the creed before i bought this bow, the local dealer though was an absolute deal breaker - one of the worst shopping experiences I ever had. They wouldn't even let me shoot it, I swear he thought I was some punk kid with out any money just wanting to joy ride.
Sounds like you must have went to Spokane Valley Archery.

unfortunately yes I did, and I will never go back unless it's something i absolutely have to. I feel really bad for Mathew's too because of the way they are represented in that establishment. I don't even want to get into the horor sorry about pse and cabela's. Alwinearcher know's everything but only because he made the mistake of giving me his phone number, poor guy i swear he's going to get a new phone number for how much I text him.
I have had great luck and service from Greg at Whitetails Plus in Deer Park. I don't know if he carries Mathews though. He seems to carry more PSE and Diamond/Bowtech.

Got to agree... they are by far the best I have dealt with in this state!!

Congrats on the new bow

I try to not to talk bad about local establishments because in today's economy we all are feeling some sort of hardship, I just wish they had better customer service or new people working there that are public friendly. You know eager to help out anyone that comes into the door.  I like that they have an out door range, but it's still to far out for me to justify going out there. I have a place here at my house I can comfortably shoot 40 yards.  but as far as my money goes, until they make some drastic changes I see no need in taking my business there.
