Everyone has what they consider the best rig for duck and goose hunting. Lets post some pictures. I only wish I had had digital back in Alaska when Shuksan and I did a lot of blasting using a bright red wheeler, that I'd cover with a tarp and grass, and a camo canoe. We had some good times together. I miss the old gal. Scrappy lab if there ever was one. Every new neighbor's dog got a taste of her teeth if they wandered into the yard. Our Rottweiler would just sit and watch the show.

Here's one that works just fine... I have another that is for bigger water, but, this is the one that we started with and still use on smaller water.

She's ready to roll...just counting the days!
LOWE 1456 w/ 25hp Merc. I painted the boat last year, and built the pop-up blind. I'd like some feedback.....Let me know what you think.

11'6". A sears circa 1961.....
The boat is actually great for two guys. We pack it to the rafters with deke's, a cooler, motor... and have no problem with stability. Note, we do not have those swivel seats mounted on the stock bench seats. I have had these on another boat, and the added 3 inches really de-stabilized things.... Nice about this boat is you can trailer it, or toss in the back of a truck...
Still looking for a proper trailer though, if anyone knows of an elcheapo laying around gathering dust...(currently I toss it on a small trash hauler trailer...works, but a bit of a pain...)

i have the swivel seat deals for mine and use them for fair-weather fishing when i use the boat, but i am usually in my drift boat when fishing. i would definitely not use them hunting.
i throw mine in the back of my truck with some motorcycle tie-downs and it's good to go.
