Over the past few years, we have had a few guys seek help locating a wounded/downed bear.

Don't be afraid to ask for help if needed.

Don't wait too long asking for help!

Have someone post a thread for you seeking helpers! Lot's of guys here willing to help!

Good luck guys!

Great post!

It's not a perfect world, the weather is still quite warm to just plain hot in some areas. But the bears are there. I know the stress of finding a animal in such weather and condition and trying to get it out in time.

I for one would be more than willing to help look for a animal or help pack it out, I just need to know about it!

So good luck out there and stay safe.👍👍👍👍👍

I would be in on this also. I retired early last fall, so every day is Saturday to me and am in the woods all the time.

I would like to add to this. Don't be afraid of getting grief from people on here. I know there is a lot of arm chair quarterbacking but recovering your animal is more important than someones opinion. I know a lot of stuff goes unposted on here for this very reason.

Yes very horrible! Heading out to check my trail cams in a few minutes. I just don't get why my area doesn't open until the 15th for bear. Maybe I can shoot one today with my handheld camera.

I would help track or pack as well. If you are anywhere up I-90 West of the Pass or up US2 West of Stevens, PM me and I'll come out. If you had your GPS coordinates that would be helpful.
