My son has a Browning A Bolt 300 Win. that someone used Loctite on....was going to change out the bases and use a DNZ one piece mount for a new scope.  Forget that....damn bases won't budge.  Again, proper torque is all one really needs to do.  If concerned about rough use and possible loosening, check every so often with the torque wrench.  Pretty easy.
