I have never been a bear hunter.  I have always had a tag.  decided to put my camera on a property I have access too. to see if there are any deer. well this showed up. Is he a shooter?
Also are these two different bears?
If its brown knock it down

Yeah, I think they're the same Bear. But I think you may have messed up posting the links. They appear to be the exact same picture.

Two pictures of the same bear.  But looks shootable if there aren't any cubs.

Looks like the same critter to me as in the first 2 pics.
