I like the idea of a phone tree. Divide it up into geographical areas and hrs to contact. Send a text or a call if in need of assistance. I am avail in the snohomish area and north.

Ive been to that spot a time or 12... nice work.  Nice bear, almost makes the hill climb worth it when its one hike one bear.  I'm at a 0-fer, so all I've ever got is a good workout.

Been there a few (or 20) times myself over the years. Congrats on a great bear.  :tup: I wish I saw this earlier to give you a hand. I'm about 5 minutes away.

So I just read this whole thing and watched it unfold....it was freaking awesome....what a great group of guys.

....if only I didn't work M-F 8-5 in a place far from vertical....

I bet it was cool to read from the start and read it all at once haha pretty awesome thread for sure
be careful going in search of adventure its ridiculously easy to find.
