Converting a car/truck to hand control

My dad is loosing his second leg due to health issues. I want to talk with him about getting his vehicles converted to hand control so he can continue to drive and have some freedom to go out and about. Anybody know where around Bellingham that can do this? Thanks

It aint cheep... i know  people that just kept looking for used ones until they found one used. much cheeper than  having a retro fit.
