Thank you all for your input.  I'm breaking in a new pair of Danner Pronghorns today.  Sportsmans Warehouse had them on sell for $159 so I figured I'd give them a shot.

Don't want to take the wind out of your sails, But keep the receipt, my buddy got the pronghorns and they leaked after like 2 hunt during western WA modern season.

I have a pair of pronghorns also and HATE them! I now wear Georgia boots for work and also have a pair for hunting. $170 is a great price for a good pair of Georgias.

Good thing I kept my receipt! After sidehilling in the mountains for 2days the boot had a crease that put pressure on my ankle and it hurt so bad I couldn't wear them. I borrowed someone's backup pair that was a size too big for me  and they were still better than my new Danner Pronghorns. I returned them as soon as I got back and traded for some Keens. I won't be going with those again! Almost ruined my 1 1/2 week hunting trip!

Which Keen's did you get?  I'm still not sure on mine...I can't get them as tight as I usually like.

I like Rockys. They have quite a few options in that price range.

I typically like Danner boots quite a bit, but I have heard from many people to stay away from the Pronghorn's, the new generation ones tend to leak.

LL Bean Cresta Hikers all they need to be great is a good supportive insole. I use the blue insole by SOLE with great results.

Been reading this thread and I've been looking in the same range. I really want to get a great deal but can't see buying a boot without trying them on. Any recommendations around Everett marysville to try on or buy boots?

I LOVE my Irish Setters!!!!  Most comfortable boots I have ever owned, hands down.  Will never buy another pair of Danner's again.  Had 3 pairs of Ft. Lewis boots fall apart and leak in less than a year.

I have wondered about the Irish Setters. The gore-tex in my RH boot is leaking this where the toe pinches, so I am looking for some new boots.

got some used Lathrop and Sons GTX extreme for sale.  In great shape with lots of miles left in them.  Waterproof, 10", very durable.  Size 11.5.  $250.  Almost $400 new.

I'm size 9

Do you want my Irish Setters?  Seriously.  I bought a couple years ago but they were slighlty too big and I always got hot spots on my heels.

Thats a good boot deal!  I see they are the 200g.  I wear the 600g because the suede type leather of the 200g does poorly for me as I get concrete on them at times.  Dries out quickly and will crack.  880 600g does way better.
MAGA!  Again..

Are you asking to get rid of them for a price or just wanting to get rid of them?  I would love to take them off your hands!
