So This isn't my area to hunt this year but last year my dad had a permit so we hunted 346.  It looks like 346 isn't open to any elk hunting without a permit.  that means no spike or antlerless.    http://wdfw.wa.gov/publications/01496/wdfw01496.pdf  is where I found it.
Push the envelope of your abilities, but respect the life of the quarry

I had a bull tag last year and could not access Milk Lake road from the bottom.  You could get to it off the top coming over Tripod Flat from unit 340.

For immediate release: July 31, 2013—9:00 a.m.Contacts:Naches Ranger District Front Office, (509) 653-1401Naches Ranger District Public Information Asst. Michelle King, (509) 653-1420Multiple Road Repairs on Naches Ranger District  NACHES--- Multiple road repairs are occurring on the Naches Ranger District restricting access in some locations. Forest managers ask visitors traveling in the area to please be patient and drive slow through construction zones. These roads are all located on the Okanogan-Wenatchee N.F., primarily along the Highway 410 corridor.  Construction on Forest System Road (FSR) 1900 at mile post 2.0 will occur between July 29th and August 16th. FSR 1900, known as Little Naches Road, will be reduced to a one-lane road during construction during the week. No construction will occur on the weekends. Drivers should be prepared to slow down or stop at the construction site.  Construction on FSR 1901 at mile post 2.2 will occur between July 29th and August 2nd. Drivers travelling on this road should expect a two hour delay and a complete closure on July 30th and 31st. This road is also known as Quartz Creek Road.  FSR 1808 will be under construction between August 12th and August 23rd. FSR 1808, known as Deep Creek, has been closed at mile post 4.1 for approximately two years. When construction is complete, this road will re-open access to Copper City and the Deep Creek Campground and Trailhead.  Construction on FSR 1605 at mile post 2.2 will occur between August 8th and August 30th. During construction, the road will be periodically closed during the week but will remain open on the weekends. Drivers should expect delays traveling through this area during the week.  The National Guard will also be completing road grading and basic repair work on portions of FSR 1914, 1914-787, and 1600 from August 10th through August 24th. Roads will not be closed during grading or maintenance work, however, delays can be expected. During this same time FSR 1900-750 will be closed for hauling rock and rock pit development. The National Guard will also be utilizing the dispersed camping site at the junction of FSR 1900 and 1901 to stockpile rocks.  Construction is planned to occur later this summer on FSR 1708 (Milk Creek Road), FSR 1704 (Lower River Road), FSR 1703 (Gold Creek Road), FSR 1702 (Rock Creek Road), and the first 0.4 miles of FSR 1600 (Clover Springs).  No decision has been made regarding the Environmental Assessment for FSR 1501, known as the Little Rattlesnake. Updates will continue to be posted at: http://go.usa.gov/jQ6A.  Visitors driving through these areas on the Okanogan-Wenatchee N.F.  should plan trips according to estimated construction times. Forest managers thank visitors for their patience and adherence of restrictions in construction zones.   A general vicinity map of where the construction will be taking place can be found below. For more information on the exact locations of these roads, please call the Naches Ranger District office at (509) 653-1401.
