The Impala is the Ragim top of the line for target or hunting. They retail for about $285.00 I have never shot a take down but Have heard they are okay.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.

If it's 40 lbs pull or more it will be legal in WA. I would recommend 45 or more.

The bow could be good. Try to shoot it before you buy it. See if it vibrates like hell or has anything else wrong with it...

Not bad, if you can handle it first.

There have been a handful shipped that were poorly constructed (warped, machining off). Make sure the string is CENTERED in the limbs when assembled/strung and the limbs are not twisted.

It's not a bad bow, I've shot it one. It's not great, either. Just don't buy one sight unseen! It'll be a fine starter bow.

As for vibration or noise, twisting the string to adjust brace height is usually all it takes to get rid of most of it.
I'd recommend the 45lb if you plan to hunt with it - and measure it first. Sometimes they aren't quite as advertised.
That being said, it'll be easier to learn proper form (which is uber-important in traditional shooting) with a lighter draw weight.
I left it better than I found it...did you?
I hunt animals because veggies are too easy to stalk.
