Which call?

Now that I know I need to buy a call,   any suggestions?   At least something under 30 $.

Get a couple of diaphragm calls from Phelps or anywhere you see fit.  Practice, practice, practice if you're new to diaphragms because it's not as simple as reed calls.  Developing good cow sounds shouldn't take longer than a week.

If you're going to bugle, make sure you get something to produce bugle like resonation i.e. whiffle bat with the ends cut off.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
