bears and deer
« on: August 16, 2013, 08:04:41 AM »
im new to bear hunting and as i was sitting out watching a bunch of deer last night while bear hunting i was wondering if that was a good or bad thing. there was lots of berries to eat. what im wondering is how well bears and deer will cohabitate an area or will the bears run the deer out. will they be feeding on the same berry bush? any insight would be helpful

Patience is your friend.....sit, wait and watch so long as there is bear sign in the area.

Doesnt mean anything.  The deer probably wont hang out in the same clear cut while a bear is there but they dont leave the whole area because of them.

Just go to the trailcam section and see how many deer and bears get captures on the same camera setup.
