Is the Arrow pointing to the parking for Scatter Creek?

Yes. The other parking area is to the north by where the red barn used to be until it burned down a couple weeks ago, as kglacken said.

You can also hunt the area off 183rd avenue. And there is another parking area there.

Season starts in the morning! Heading to Scatter Creek next week.
