Whats wrong with this little buck?
« on: August 16, 2013, 06:12:36 PM »
I got this buck on my camera and just wondering what's wrong with him? His head looks super deformed and malnourished.

That's what I thought also, but he is to far away from any roads to be hit by a car. I'm wondering if maybe its a birth defect.

My guess is he had an identical twin that did not develop properly.  He was almost a two headed fawn.  Not so unusual genetically speaking.
