Why???? It's not the same name at all? KC could be anything. There are tons of things that have similar but not the same names. Pretty sure it's legal.

I would bet it would be fine if he was naming anything other than BBQ sauce...

just printed off my food manufacturing license application, wholly %$#* balls its 80 pages to fill out  :o :o :o well once this is fuilled out and sent in should be less then 14 days and were ready to rock!  :rockin: :brew: :llam: :whoo: :lol4: GAME ON !!!

BTW i made a new awesome recipe this weekend, called Krackers football Relish, its amazing, ill be posting tomorrow!  :IBCOOL:
