I think Kracker said that once it goes into the store he was going to take the recipe down, but he put it up to thank everyone for their help with the problem he had.

Its official a name has been picked  :tup: but we still lack a slogan. going to think on it for a few days and see if any posted fit, but the name is done so at least I can start working on photoshop for a emblem for the jars  :tup:

Have you looked into the name "uncle kracker" possibly being trademarked?  And even if it isn't I am not sure how that works to be honest but pretty sure you couldn't name something "flava flav's" or "bocephus'" or something along those lines.

Uncle kracker is a somewhat famous person so a legitimate argument could be made by his attorney that you were hoping to cash in on his name even if you may share the same nickname.
