Kudos to G5 Archery

I use a G5 quiver and have had trouble with it since it was new. It is a Mag-Loc Riser model, with the strong magnet between the quiver and the mount. The locking mechanism kept breaking the little plastic rim around the magnet. The first time it happened, Riverside Archery in Mount Vernon got me a new part for it. The second time it broke in the same place so I recently emailed G5 and explained my problem. I told them it was a design flaw. They responded to my email AND mailed me the new updated part at no cost. I was also excited to see they have fixed the flaw and made it sturdier. A great product and company with amazing customer service! Thank you G5. Just thought I would share a good experience for a change!

G5 has been more than fair in the past on my behalf as well.
Another company whos customer service goes above and beyond is Scott.

they sent me a whole bag of replacement mounts last year . I thaught it was pretty cool of them . I've since updated quivers on my main hunting bow and use it on my back up. those are some tough magnets though .
