2 bucks down!!!!

So me and my dad went in to our spot around twisp bright and early Saturday morning. It was just breaking daylight when I jumped the first three deer. My dad was coming up a ridge next to me and we were gonna meet at the top. I made it a little quicker than him and spotted a buck as soon as I got there. It was the top of that ridge but there are some higher flats above us and the buck was straight above us. My dad packed his video camera and the buck was just feeding around so I waited about 15 minutes for him to get up to me. Little did I know he got too hot and stashed his backpack before the big hill....So i take a good rest and get a good look at the deer. I can see he has 3 points on both sides and squeeze off a shot. It hit hard but mananged to jump twice and then stop again broadside on the ridge where i aimed just above his neck and dropped him with the second shot. The second shot was unneeded but wasnt aware of it until skinning him out. Once we got to the buck we started looking arond and could see deer feeding on all the open hillsides around us. With our hands full with this buck we decide to let the valley rest and come back the next day to look for my dad a buck.
The next day comes and we climb the same hill together. We could see 6 deer feeding about 1000 yards away and could tell one was a buck but not sure how big. We had our eyes on him and made our way up to where I shot the day before. I glanced up the hill and saw a deer about 30 yards from where I had shot my buck and quickly get my dad on him. He turns broadside and we could immediatly see he was a 3x2. I got the video camera out and videoed my dad shooting the buck from about 250 yards. THe first shot was a little high but still a good hit. The second sent him right down and we were both tagged in two days.....NOw bring on Montana!!!!
Pics to come tonight!!!

Oh boy, here we go again. I've already seen one of them though, so it's not so bad.

I dont think you guys will be seeing any pics any time soon, his computer crashed, and he left for Montana today for a pack in elk trip. Then next friday Im picking him up in Kalispell and well be off for 12 days chasing rutting muleys taking lots of video. So Id say no pictures for close to a month, what a drag....
