Medalist pants

Anyone use these pants?  I was looking at a pair pf Medalist Arcane pants and am trying to find out if they are at least water resistant.  Their website doesn't really give any info and I'd much rather have some first hand experience from others rather than what the company says.

 I've got a set of the pants and coat that are 5 years old. I don't think they're rated as waterproof but may be. Mine were actually pretty waterproof (light rain and brush) for about three years. They're not as repellent as they used to be but I still like the scentblocker faction to them and they have a good pocket system. I'd call them and get more info if the website is unclear.

I tried calling their 800 number earlier and it said it was disconnected. I'll see if I can find a different number tomorrow and try again.
