True.......I can always shoot some in camp to make adjustments....first I have to figure out how to mount the thing.

Dont worry about mounting it. There only there for looks anyway.

Be the Arrow!

I'm going to shoot at camp when I shoot an elk out of my camp chair...

I'll watch the cooler and camp and be "hunting".  I'll practice on a cow.  Here's hoping for the best. :chuckle:

I explained this to you....It's not that I don't shoot....It's that I make sure my last shots before I put a pin on fur is dead on. Its a confidence and mental thing. If I start jacking around in camp and shoot like garbage I may doubt myself when it is go time. I've done this with rifle and bow ever since I started hunting.

 :yeah:
Bow sighted in. Shots dead on at 4 different distances....Dont touch it!!  :chuckle:
Superstition thing for me.

Your crazy.  Your one of those I only need 6 broadheads because I can hit a paper plate at 50 yards most of the time guys.  Where I like to be hitting a tennis ball out at 80 most of the time.  I have had stuff happen to my bow while hunting that can't be explained but go from shooting dead on to 6 inches low :dunno:.  You font shoot you don't know that you miss your one shot at an elk.  I'm not talking a bunch of arrows I'm talking 2 or 3 quality shots a day then call it good.  I have to much time and effort into it to find d out I missed because of my bow being off for whatever reason.

Every arrow I've loosed on an animal has hit its mark....granted I'm no the great and all knowing experienced bow hunter....but I've gotten it done every time I've tried. I'm just fine with it.

And thats the beauty of it, we all have our own way, yet can still get it done. I dont want to shoot a tennis ball at 80yds, I want to shoot an elk at 30. I can hit a paper plate at 50 every single time tho too.

Well, I'll still be deployed to a hot, sandy location on opening day. Hope you all have fun, and look forward to some good pics/hunting stories. I do however plan to be home in time for late season..
