Removing ejectors from over under barrels

Anybody ever do this? Is it easy or can it even be done? I have a beretta Whitewing I might send out to get cerakoted but its 50 bucks to just get the ejectors removed. Do they even need to be removed?
Any advice?

On my stoeger condor you just take the stock off and the ejectors are spring steel so just get something between them and the barrel and pry out. Yours might
Be different cause its fancier though

Nevermind I found a 2 min video in YouTube and got it down, simple thing to do actually just need a rag, no tools required. Less than 2 mins
