I'm glad this was resolved.... Even if it was 2 years later.

4 yrs total if my math is correct

This month it will be two years since she took in my bear....Will I ever see it again?  I spoke to her in June and she said she was now working on it and should be anytime...Not returning PMs since then...I feel I am being led on like a sucker... :bash: :'( Ideas or encouragement welcome!

I was referring to when he made his original post about his issues with Michelle. It took 2 years from his initial grievance. But yes it took 4 years total to complete it. Which is horrible.

A friend of mine got BooBoo back in 4 months?  I think my elk hide took 3 months. My largemouth took 6 months.

.....Just an update on my 2011 Bear.   I have left numerous voice mails and personal messages to Michelle without any response....except for in late December she left me a pm that said I should be expecting a call in January....I messaged and phoned back several times in the last 6 months without reply.   .....Then out of the blue I received a call from somebody stating my bear was done and that I could schedule to pick it up...I did so and now have it hanging on my wall...  3 years and 9 months later.   Overall I think the quality is good.   I have not been up close to many bear rugs so it  is hard for me to compare.... but I don't notice any serious flaws and I believe she put her quality workmanship into it that was advertised.....I did not say anything about it being late and no apologies were offered..I just wanted to move on and leave stress behind....Just an FYI to all of you who followed this thread...

I'm glad the quality was there and you got your bear back!  I have a bear with her as well.  Fortunately for me the wife won't allow another animal in our current home, so I haven't stressed too much about it.  That's all about to change though as we are moving this weekend.

Wow, in 2009 I got my 1st Elk and was going to take it to her but by the time she called me back I had taken it to Buck lucky-Charles Taxidermy. He does great work, maybe I dodged a bullet. Glad you got your Trophy back and are happy with the work.

I wish I had a 2 year back log on my business...
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
