Nice! You even get to lay them on the bed!
"sportsmans warehouse bore sighted these yesterday and we were hitting 8 feet high ( both rifles) at a 100 yards".With all due respect, you should have a competent gunsmith look at those rifles. Most riflescopes don't even have 96 inches of vertical adjustment in total. There appears to be something quite wrong. Best to find out now.
All the ones I have been around have shot very well. You should be happy with it.
He is a hand load guy like me. Both of us are accubond buff's. I think he said he was using the 140's.
All I run in my 270 is the 140gr nosler accubonds I have a rem 700, and a buddy of mine I forget what ruger model he has but it's a 270 also and our guns love them 140gr noslers
Yea I'm stoked about the purchase. We went shooting today and it took 38 shells to get them sighted in at a 100 yards. At first we couldn't even get it hitting at 25 yards sportsmans warehouse bore sighted these yesterday and we were hitting 8 feet high ( both rifles) at a 100 yards but now they are both perfect with 2 inches high at a 100.

That was quick
I've always liked Rugers. Those are nice rifles. Hope you have a good season with them.
i think that coyote must be deformed or something.. one of his front legs seems to be on backwards... I know some folks love their .22 centerfires, but I always liked to use may standard big game rifles for coyotes.. shot one with a .30-06 Abolt from 7 paces one time.. Glad you got to test the rifle properly..
