My buddy Jeremy's opening day mulie. In the dirt before 7 a.m., had to take a 160 yard shot from the driveway to get him.

I think it is the same deer.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Unit 117 Whitetail Buck I shot Saturday evening.  He came in right behind a hot doe. This is my first Whitetail.  I am hooked!

Monday morning success. Me and my best friends bucks. Mine would have been a solid 4x4. But he had broken a horn off right above the double eye guard.

Unit 142. 3x2 Opening morning. 325 yards. I shot his cousin 4 years before, identical rack. Not the biggest, but a good legal deer. 122 lbs hanging weight.  Custom DPMS .308 with Timney trigger.

My Archery MT Whitetail and WA Rifle buck. My buddy missed this buck at 60 yds in the Archery hunt and then he disappeared until Friday before the rifle opener. I was finally able to catch up with him Sunday morning and his luck ran out. 22" wide.
