I will let the guys tell the story but I am going to say one thing.  I have gotten pretty good at fighting back the tears and when Kurt hung that call on those antlers it was tough but I choked them back.  When I was deboning big nasty and realized that I was never going to get to part out a big bull for Aaron I fought them back.  When I thought about how much Aaron would have loved being on that hunt, I fought them back.  As I pulled into my driveway last night and shut off my truck I just sat there for a while.  When I recapped everything and started to think about how much hard work, sacrifice and commitment these men showed to honor Aaron I lost it!  Just sat in the truck and let the tears roll!  This hunt will go down in history as one of my most cherished.  Thank you Corey, Kurt, and Chris. Miss you every day brother!

You da man, Karl.... Your brother was smiling down on you and those other guys yesterday and for the last couple weeks. I'm glad it turned out the way it did. Bull or no bull, you guys honored Aaron in a way that nobody else could have. Proud of you guys for sticking with it and getting chit done.  My 1st question was wondering if Corey would get a bull. The 2nd question was knowing if you were there. I was so happy to hear you were able to be there, and to hear you were running the call made me smile.
