of this smoked last night and another 20 lbs going in tonight. I got another 8 racks full, droll suckas!

Is that a new setup Kc? It looks really clean, or does the diamond plate just clean really easy? I clean my smoker everytime I use it, but it has some residual built up over time.

nope not new at all, built it last year its A 1952 croslewy fridge. never cleaqn your smoker you ruin the seasoning
thisw one just looks clean but its not. theres a write up here on it. search Crosley. the rack covers are new, they are wrapped in aluminum sheet rock mesh

Looks awesome I love the diamondplate I have seen them built out of old fridges, but yours is the best looking one I have seen.

its not done, after fishing season its getting painted gloss black and we are making our own custom smoke stacks for it out of big hollowed out steer horns
