Wow!!!

I thought I would catch someone on that. The WDFW lawyer was flustered when I discussed this unlikely change to firearm law and said that "It wasn't really legal since it conflicted with another motor vehicle law and would be changed next year." Otherwise, I'm supposed to understand that it's the law but it isn't valid! As you have pointed out, the WDFW isn't a gold-mine of information to stake your standings on.
