New back country rifle

Has anyone shot or put there hands on the new weatherby vanguard II backcountry rifle?  I think I want one in 257 weatherby!  What do you guys think mainly for mule deer and maybe a dall sheep hunt?

there's about 4 in my family. they shoot really nice. but if I was to buy a back country it would be in a 300wby.. I have seen to many .25 cal bullet not go throw the shoulder.. but that my opinion.
