hunting wind farm?

i was wondering if anyone has heard of it  my grandfather told my dad about it doesnt seen right but could be wrong . any thoughts?

Deer or elk?

For deer it's a draw area.   Elk go thru there later, but they don't stay because they get pushed right out of the sage.   I've seen them there, but not in a while.
